Studio XD was originally founded in summer of 1999 by Long Vo, L0cke and Charles Park when they joined forces to develop and produce ECHO, a comic series to be published by Image Comics.
As of issue 2 of ECHO at the end of 1999, L0cke left ECHO to pursue other projects and Kidkoum Visarutvanit (aka Saka) joined the team.
With the help of Derek Liu, Studio XD became a joint partnership in March of 2000 and is now currently working on many new and exciting projects for 2003.
